和导演另一部《铁道英雄》有异曲同工之处，东北极寒、冰冷的氛围依旧烘托得不错；以复仇为主线的黑帮乱斗也有那个年代的特点，逻辑清晰、强于《铁道英雄》，但是问题依旧明显，比如可有可无的女主和感情戏，亦或是不算干脆的动作戏
